For women ready to reconnect, soften, and come back into themselves

Through slow, intentional touch, we work with the tissues, nervous system, and internal structures of the body to release tension, improve circulation, and restore function.

Womb Continuum Care
Womb Continuum Care is a merger of Mayan abdominal massage and structural integration techniques that is informed by a deep reverence for the innate intelligence of each individual woman’s body. It is a hands on bodywork therapy designed to create space in the body and support the release of stored tension and trauma. It is also supportive for releasing adhesions and softening scar tissue.
Womb Continuum Care involves full body manual therapy that is slow and intentional. Together, we will tune into your body’s whispers, working in layers to the depth that your body is ready for, creating more and more space over time. As we create space and gently show the way, we set the course for your own body’s innate intelligence to re-organize her tissue closer and closer to her original, health promoting, blueprint.
MEET ALISHA
Womb Continuum Practitioner
Alisha Cadieux is a woman’s woman. But it was not always that way. She spent her teen years and early adulthood deeply disconnected from the women in her life. At the age of thirty she set out on a journey back to herself and to the support and love she eventually found in healthy relationships with women.
While attending her first ever women only gathering she set an intention to create a healthy community of female friends and acquaintances and has been fed by the potent power of being held by other women ever since. Now a mother to five Daughters, Alisha is more invested than ever in women’s health, thriving, and healthy relating.

What is Womb Continuum Care?
Womb Continuum Care is a hands-on therapeutic practice that works with the tissues, nervous system, and internal structures of the body.
Through slow, intentional touch, we support the body in releasing tension, improving circulation, and restoring natural function.
Each session is guided by what your body needs, nith no forcing, only listening and responding.
-
The intention of Womb Continuum Care is to encourage the organs of the digestive and reproductive systems to land back into their optimal positions, to guide the fascial matrix into opening and softening, to create space for increased blood and lymph flow, and to awaken all pelvic and abdominal tissue. This work is deeply supportive for hormone balance, spinal cord recalibration, nervous system regulation, softening adhered tissue, and re-integration of scar tissue.
-
Some sessions may include internal work, but only when appropriate and always with clear communication and ongoing consent.
There is never any pressure — you are always in control of your experience, and we move at a pace that feels safe for you.
Many sessions are entirely external and still deeply effective.
-
Sessions are slow, quiet, and guided by your body.
You will be fully supported and encouraged to relax while I work with different areas of the body using gentle, intentional touch.
Some women experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or increased awareness in their body. Every experience is different, and all responses are welcome.
-
This work is never forced.
While some areas of the body may feel tender or sensitive, everything is approached slowly and with care.
Your comfort is always prioritized, and we adjust at any point based on what you’re feeling.
